Good afternoon BP. I have a couple potential wholesale deals in the Hudson Valley / New York area and I am in need of attorney. Preferably one that has worked with investors. I located one in the Millbrook area so far that is savvy the type of closings in looking to do but, they're kind of out of reach at the moment. Thanks in advance!!

I'm currently trying to put together a couple wholesale deals in the NC myself. In the Charlotte, NC area. I made a couple calls today to locate a agent. If I get something solid I will shoot you their info.

I was wondering here in New York how closing a wholesale deal works?? Seems like New York is the only state where there has to be an attorney on each side. I'm confused on how the contracts and attorney fees/closing cost work. Haven't really ran across anyone actively wholesaling here in New York (Hudson Valley Area). If you are or know someone who is active, i could use the assistance. Thanks!!!

I'm a new investor and sort of new the New York Area. I'm originally from Charlotte, NC. Long story short, I've been focusing on wholesaling for the past 5 or 6 months. Recently, I have a couple deals under contract I'm looking to network and building relationships with investors in the Hudson Valley Area. I'm also in great need of a experienced realtor/agent, that has worked with investors or is an investor themselves. Comps and etc are difficult to get at the moment, but hopefully i can find a solution. Thanks BP!
