@Jeiby V. I would say I didn't do my due diligence before I bought the home. The house is old and I've basically spent my income from the property on repairs. 

Hey Bigger Pockets Forum, I recently bought a rental property in Newark NJ that has become a huge headache. I had to let my property management team go because they did not manage the property correctly. Ive had issues with plumbing, heating, electricity, you name it. Its breaking. I've got a world of problems. The first floor tenant is with section 8. I have a leaky radiator coming from the 2nd floor that it dripping through the ceiling. Section 8 is coming to inspect the property on the 15th!!!! If anyone knows a good plumber or contractor that can come in & help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks.
