@Breanna Mackroy thank you, I will take a look at those areas. I've been seeing some good prices in the Azalea Park area. Congratulations on your house. Have you looked into the airbnb market before the pandemic?

@RicardoTorres thank you! I will look at those areas when I move down

@Ricardo Torres you own property in those areas?

@Ricardo Torres under $250,000

@Craig curelop thank you for the tips. I've taken some of those steps. The ones that I haven't. I definitely plan on doing in the near future. I read every day and listen to bigger pockets all day at work.

@Erin Legler thank you for the advice. I was thinking about a townhouse. But I've been skeptical about them. I dont know how well they hold their value. And I'm not sure if their value appreciate at the same rate as a single family house.

I am looking for a place that could be used for Airbnb or long term rental. I've seen some new houses built in random areas. But looking from google map it look like maybe the flipper got in too early in a bad area. I've been looking in the doctor Phillips and winter park area. But they might be out of my price range for a good house. I was wondering if altamonte and Longwood too far out of range. Or are they up and coming areas.

Hi I'm new to bigger pockets. Any tips on buying my first house/ future rental property in the Orlando FL area?
