Hey everyone,

So I decided that I want to do some investing in the Indy area. I reserved a property on maveric investor group site. I "reserved" it last minute but now that I've done some investigating it looks like the prices on zillow and similar sites are about $10k less and the rents are about $50-100 lower than what the site is claiming. Is anyone on here familiar with area code 46226 to give me more insight . The property is a 3 bed 1 bath 1025 sq ft located on north Lesley btwn 44 &46 st.

New investor but id be interested in hearing more about your plans. My focus is buy and hold but wouldn't mind doing a few flips to build some additional capital.  

Really enjoyed Scott's podcast on BP. I used frugality to buy my house 7 months ago and currently house hacking.  On my way to saving another 25K to invest in my next property. What stuck out to me on this podcast is when he said its more beneficial to save a thousand dollars than to earn an extra thousand.  Not only is your money being taxed but how many extra work hours do i need to work to earn that thousand?
