Any particular Title company you have experience with and like? Send anything to [REMOVED].

May want to put Section 8 tenants in before flip...What areas would you recommend for this?

Thanks for welcoming me Phillip. I'm an inactive R/E Broker. I have no plans to get my license back ... just want to buy and flip. Since I'm not there yet, and don't have a handle on the market, my plan is subject to change. At the moment I'm not feeling too comfortable with the shortage of properties. I need statistics to analyze for myself. Any suggestions?
