Hi Misael, I am not an investor and I am new in real estate but I think your question comes more from a personal level than a business level. They say that negativity is always around us and is always trying to beat us down. It’s up to us knowing what we really want, knowing why we do what we do and take the decision to moving forward and don’t let the negativity affects us. They say that we can have excuses and we can have results but we can’t have both. In your case the negativity around you is an excuse. I hope the helped, feel free to reach out anytime, I apologize for some English grammar mistakes but I hope you understood what I was trying to say. Good luck!

Hello everyone!!

Out of curiosity, what is your title on your business card and email signature? I don’t know which one to pick! (Realtor, Sales Associate, Sales Consultant, Real Estate Agent, etc)

Good morning everyone!

I have a question for you. Do you have a tax accountant specialized in real estate that does your taxes? I have my accountant that does my taxes every year but he is not specialized in real estate and I was wondering if I should look for a new accountant now that I started my career in real estate.

Thank you in advance for all your responses and I wish you all a successful day!!

Hi everyone! I am new in this group and I would like to introduce myself. My name is Maura and I live in the NJ/NY area. I just got my real estate salesperson license and It is time for me to choose a broker and to start this incredible adventure. I live in a small town in New Jersey, would you advice me to look for a broker in my town (People say that you should know the area where you are selling houses so you can give the best recommendations to potential buyers) or would you say that I should focus on working in a busier/bigger city where the market and earnings are better? I appreciate any advice you could give me. Thank you so much and have a wonderful day!
