@Jordan Moorhead I can hop in. I am the other investor on this duplex. It's in Uptown. I saw you own one in NE. We looked at quite a few over there. How's that gone for you?

Hey Everyone - 

Glad to say I made the jump and purchased a duplex in NE Minneapolis, MN just miles from Downtown. I'm 24 years old and went in on the deal with a college roommate. Excited to house hack! Would love to hear stories/advice from other's first time house hacking and what to take advantage of and look out for IE) choosing tenants, insurance/licenses, and the benefits I can use to my advantage from a tax standpoint. Any advice is good advice!

Hey everyone my name is Matt and I am 23 years old. I grew up on a farm just outside of Fargo, ND. I graduated from Concordia College in May and am currently employed at Target's corporate headquarters as a business analyst. I live in the North Loop and am very interested in meeting the real estate investing community in the Metro area.
