Hi, I currently own a house in Washington State and recently purchased a property in Florida. The Florida house is being built with no tenants yet. I curious if anyone knows of an excellent CPA in/near Lynnwood, WA that can handle my tax situation? Should they know anything specific about Florida tax rules?   I’ve always done my own taxes but as my situation evolves I’d like to consider professional help.
