Shout out to Juan Perez for the most helpful post in this chain.  Bringing it back down to 'just do the work' was the way to go.  Cultivating broker relationships with the 20% is gold.

I heard the venue hotel is sold out for BPCON22.  I have a double queen room (two queens) and if anyone wants to cost-share, please message me.  I don't plan to be in the hotel room anyway!  -Matt

I Vote Title #1.  Title #2 diverts your attention from the main issue.  Enough people have heard about triple net for that title to have staying power in the market, and that trend will likely continue, ie., more and more of the public will continue to be exposed to the concept of triple net leases/real estate.

Hi Ryan, I lead the Outer Banks BP REI Meet-UP - which has met without fail for about 10 months.  I'm heading back to BPCON 2022 in San Diego after enjoying last year's conference in NOLA.  I just reserved a hotel room at the converence hotel in San Diego, two queen beds.  If any fellow investors want to cost-share and share a hotel room, please have them reach out to me.  It's $650 for half the room, I have it Oct. 1-5.  Would be good to network a bit, though we won't be spending time in the hotel room.  Thanks!  -Matt
