Hey @Brandon L.

Thanks for the links - really appreciated.

I'm busy reading and learning at the moment, and realise I have a lot more to read - but my question to you is how quickly did you escalate your investment activities? At what point did you start trying to meet agents etc?

Thanks!

Matt

Hi everyone!

My name is Matt - I'm 21(just graduated for university) and I currently work in the aviation industry. I have pretty much zero experience within real estate at the moment - but I'm reading and learning about the industry every spare moment I get.

My goals are to become financially independent, to build wealth, but more importantly to be able to take more control of my life rather than being stuck doing a 9-5 job forever. (A Ferrari at some point down the line wouldn't go a miss either!) I want to better myself and help better others - and I see real estate as a vehicle to get me to achieve these goals.

I joined Bigger Pockets as the blogs kept on popping up on Google for every question I had on real estate, and the information so far has been invaluable. It also looks like a great place for networking.

I can't wait start getting to know the BP community.

Thanks!

Matt
