No affiliation, just a good guy that is easy to work with;

Cary Donham

Residential & Commercial Lender

RMLO# 343248

106 Decker Ct. Suite 340

Irving TX 75062

I wouldn't mention the parents. I wouldn't even mention how you found them - at least right off the bat.

There are a lot of millionaires on BP. They are still looking for financial freedom. They still need to turn that million into enough passive income to live the life they want to live.

In my opinion, an agent should give guidance but should work for the buyer. I don't have a problem with the agent calling the seller's agent and talking it out before writing an offer, but if my agent tells me they won't write an offer, I am going to get a new agent.

On my calendar!

Short answer - good luck.

Longer answer, there are a few PM companies in Muncie that will travel to Henry County. I don't know if they will for a house or two. They will charge you out the ying-yang because they know they have you over a barrel.

McKown P.M. is there in New Castle, but he manages his own properties and is very disinterested in managing for other people.

You would pay interest on any deposit over $50 if the monthly rent is less that $50 per month. If the monthly rent is in excess of $50/month you pay interest on any portion of the deposit which exceeds the monthly rent.

I agree with this post. IANAL, but IMO, you owe no interest.

Hardy Board siding absorbs a lot of noise. Anything with mass with help.
