We focus our business in Anne Arundel county and the southern part of Baltimore County (Halethorpe, Catonsville, Arbutus, etc).

How about you?  What areas do you get most of your leads?

Hello Everyone,

My name is Matt Smith and I have been in real estate for a little over a year.  I previously served 5 years in the USMC and completed a tour in Afghanistan as an Infantry Squad Leader.

I have entered the real estate world with the ultimate goal of having time freedom and financial freedom to live life how I intend and give back generously.  My wife and I started Propertunity Homes, INC in June '13  and shortly after I got my real estate license in Maryland.  We purchased our first rehab back in October '13 and the second a month later.  We are currently working on our 3rd Flip.  This has been a challenging process with quite a few "Lessons Learned" but we are moving in the right direction.  

Propertunity Homes, Inc buys fixes and sells residential real estate in Baltimore Metro area.  I have joined this forum in order to gain more knowledge and insight from all of you as well as share my experiences and "lessons learned".
