I am young and new to real estate investing. I find it very interesting and would love to use it as a tool to make money in conjunction with my full time job. I would love some advice from anyone willing to help so I can get my feet wet and start experiencing all that real estate has to offer.

I am from the Bel Air area and came across this post so I figured I would reach out to see if this group still meets in the area. I am new to investing and I just want to learn some successful strategies that people have used. I am young and do not have a lot of capital to invest, but would love to learn any ways that I can make some money on the side outside of my 9-5 job
