So, what's the point of your post?

You didn't ask for help on anything...

I followed the steps and one of which was to make a post. I would gladly delete it if I could figure out how to do it.

Huntington is such a unique opportunity. They’re very few places in the country that are as affordable and still provide work opportunity and good quality of life. No city without its problems and that’s perhaps what has kept the property values low for now, but I see enormous upside in Huntington.

I'm looking to build a BRRRR portfolio and start a property management company. I don't have any money, but I do have skill and ambition.

Hey guys, I’m new to real estate investing. I’ve been devouring content from all different sources.

I live in Southern Oregon currently and what little inventory we have here is massively overinflated. I’m looking to eventually move back to my hometown of Huntington, WV in the next few years. I want to start investing there asap.
