Hey Jessica my wife and I just moved out here last month from California. I am in the same boat as @Cody Taylor Coppola. We are ready to buy a property to flip but still trying to get a better idea of the lay of the land. I would love to connect and see what you are working on.

Hi Fellow BP Crew,

My wife and I recently relocated to Cleveland Tennessee. I am very new to this world and doing my best to dive in. We are currently looking for a single-family or multi-family home to flip. I would love to connect with anyone in the Chattanooga area to get more insight and a better understanding of the lay of the land. Any resources you are willing to share would be greatly appreciated as well. Even if you are not in the area I would love any advice as to how to go about evaluating a new city for investment opportunities.
