@Manolo D. So in this scenario i am the contractor and my partner is the investing side of the equation. I guess i should’ve clarified a little. In our eyes it makes some since to form an “umbrella” s corp to put both companies under. Just a new ball park and curious if anyone has had success with this in the past. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone! I am having a hard time trying to merge an REI group and Remodel business. In my head i would like to see it as on entity. Does this make since or am i over complicating the whole thing? Thanks!
