This is an open event meaning EVERYONE is welcomed to come but we prefer entrepreneurs and investors. This event is for Kin Pro Members. We are giving trial periods of selected membership plans:

There will be a maximum of 5 presenters.

Presenters must have a real estate investment property ready to sell.

Part 1 [6:00pm to 6:30pm] : Network

Part 2 [6:30pm to 7:30pm] : Present Pitch (5 minutes each and 2 minute Q&A session)

@Chris Pastrana How did finalize if coworking was the right space for you to jump in to as opposed other forms of real estate investing ?

@Chris Pastrana As of right now we have been hosting events for entrepreneurs and investors at a coworking space BUT we have not yet invested in our own coworking space. Still analyzing if going that route is a good fit.

I am interested in becoming a hard money lender but I don't know where to start. I have googled a bunch but i seem to keep being referred to lending club or other peer to peer lending sites. Is there a way to lend money with out those sites these days and do I need a lot of money to start?
