Thank you both for your insight! Much appreciated.

Hi Folks,

Does anyone have any cost-effective provider recommendations for termite protection? House is in New Market - relatively new construction (built 2021), 2548 sq ft, slab foundation.

Currently paying $81/quarter for the sentricon inspections... seems high.

Thank you in advance!

@Hunter Vigneault Thank you very much! I will keep Peter and his team in mind moving forward.

Hey guys,

I may be looking to partner with an investor-savvy agent in the Danbury to Norwalk area. Ideally, this would be somebody who has experience with BRRRs and can help me estimate rehab costs & ARVs, provide sale and rent comps, referrals where necessary (contractors, lenders, etc), and other general guidance.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Matt

Hi guys - been lurking for a while but first BP post here. I'm intrigued by the Huntsville area for a variety of reasons - low property taxes in AL, healthy economy with lots of jobs coming in, etc (curious to hear others' opinions on this as well).

I apologize for the redundancy, as I know there have been similar posts here in previous months, but any property management recommendations for out-of-state/beginner investors? Though I'd certainly do as much of my own due diligence as possible, I would be looking to partner with a PM that could help me vet properties and prevent me from making any boneheaded decisions.

Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
