What's up Delaware investors :)

I recently learned that JP Morgan is in the process of moving some of their operations to Delaware (New Castle County), which is good news to us DE real estate investors. So many jobs have left the state of Delaware over the last several years (DuPont, MBNA, etc), it's good to hear of new ones coming in.

I thought it would be nice to have a discussion with fellow Delaware BP'ers about job growth in Delaware. I'm sure its not all doom and gloom....or is it?

If you'd like to share any info about companies which are forming or expanding into Delaware, that would be awesome. Also, share any information you may have about companies leaving, as that would be very informative as well. What's going on right now? What's coming in the next few years? We all want to know!

@Glen Beringer and @Yin Choi that is good to know. What Delaware needs more than anything these days is jobs. So, it's good to hear that companies like JP are expanding here. Obviously, it's also great for us real estate investors :) 

Yin Choi if you don't mind me asking, what is the name of your former employer that just built a large campus in Delaware? Also, where in Delaware is this campus located?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone had any good Delaware based real estate attorney recommendations to share. I'm looking for a good law office at which to conduct future closings, as well as a lawyer I can go to for the drafting and reviewing of contracts, leases, etc. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.
