@Dmitriy Fomichenko Thx Dmitriy - I've given those all a look and listen to the podcast regularly (as well as working from the first one, I'm on #45 and have been current since #170). I'm also reading 2 books with a goal to finish them in the next week or two. Any other specific resources you suggest?

My general approach/plan is to find a pre-foreclosure home that I can pick up below market and rent out, ideally to the tenant currently in the house. Any advice on such an approach?
