@Jay Hinrichs Hi! What I am presenting is a deal much better than a single family home. You do not need decades of experience in being a landlord. In fact, it is a poor strategy. Start out big enough to have a management company be the landlord.

Hi Daniel,

Multifamily housing is the place to be (32 units or higher). I myself have just started out and will be getting my first deal later this year. In the meantime, I can get you involved in a 462 door deal. This is passive income and would be a great start to get you your first deal. Reach out if you are interested in the deal. 

Hi all,I’m a new wholesaler based in Worcester, Massachusetts, looking to connect with the local investor community. Two quick things:

1. Does anyone know if Black Diamond Real Estate Investors is still meeting at Leo’s Ristorante? I’ve heard they’re on the third Tuesday of odd months—next one May 20, 2025?—but can’t find current info. Any updates or other Worcester meetups welcome!

2. I’m finding off-market deals (e.g., Main South, Vernon Hill) and need cash buyers. What’s your criteria—price range, property type, repair level? Hoping to build a solid buyers list here.Thanks for any pointers—excited to learn and bring value to the Worcester market!- Matt
