Hi everyone. First time posting here. Is anyone familiar with a tool that quickly calculates purchase price to rent ratios within different specified areas? It would be cool if it could calculate the ratio at a high level (i.e., city) all the way down to a specific neighborhood. For example, how does the price to rent ratio compare between Jacksonville and Tampa and, if the ratio is better in Jacksonville, how does the ratio compare between neighborhood 1 in Jax (e.g., Murray Hill) vs. neighborhood 2 in Jax (e.g., Jacksonville Beach). Obviously, this can all be done manually. But looking for a tool that automates it for quick calculations. This would be super useful for someone like me that is considering investing in long-term rental properties from out of state.
