Calling all real estate investors, builders, brokers, real estate agents, and developers; we are hosting another Real Estate Shark Tank Event, but this time in Philadelphia. Sign Up for your chance to win a hard money loan of a lifetime at 9.5% and 1 point OR just come for the Networking, Food, and  Drinks!

Contestants who sign-up to present for a hard money loan at 9.5% and 1 point must send a loan application to Alpha Funding Solutions 3 days prior to the event to make sure you are pre-approved for financing. All contestant have 10 mins to present their deal to the sharks, and when all the contestants are done presenting the sharks will choose the winners.
