Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $160,000
Cash invested: $35,000

House and Barn on over 5 acres that can be subdivided into 8 plus homes without rezoning. currently leasing barn and house.

larger land acquisition at great price

How did you add value to the deal?

inspected property to propose a budget and ensure investment was sound. did all work to home and barn and have yet to have a maintenance item come up since renovations were finished.

What was the outcome?

have had same tenants leasing since march or 2020 has been a fantastic investment so far

had a tight budget and had to put alot of elbow grease in to get it ready on our target lease date.

Anyone have any info on how to buy a foreclosure directly from The bank? What are the ins and outs and things to be aware of? Have one we really want to buy but never dealt with a forclosure.
