Hello BP! I am currently searching for a good skip tracing service, that isn’t outrageously expensive but also has a good success rate. What do you guys use? What would you recommend for someone who is starting out and isn’t skip tracing on a mass scale? Thanks!

Hello all! I'm a newbie investor who could use some insight. I'm trying to get my first wholesale deal done so I can have some money to start my own personal Real Esate business. Anyways, I'm struggling to get my footing. I understand the process but not in detail. Where do I get contracts for purchase and sale agreements? Assignment of Contract? What else will I need? Also, how does a double close work?

Thank You!
