Can anyone recommend a portfolio lender in the Cleveland area?  I know there are some national lenders who do this, but I would prefer to work with a bank or credit union who is local to the area or region. 

Great, thanks for the feedback.  I was in Cleveland in December and have got a decent feel for the area.  I know the places that are good i.e. Maple Heights, Garfield Heights, Cleveland Heights etc.  I know that east Cleveland can go street by street or neighborhood.  Are there management companies who will take on properties that are well maintained, on a nicer street but are in some of the more "questionable" zip codes?

I am thinking of investing in the Cleveland area.  Can anyone recommend a reliable property management company?  Thanks
