Great Turnout for our first event! 9 attendees. We celebrated two members having a closing and one going under contract on a 16 unit. Great drinks and networking until after 10pm!

When creating this event we planned on the 2nd thursday and found out there was a commerial investor meetup we did not want to compete with... We changed the date in the Event, but the text still read incorrectly. 

Please note that we will host this event the 2nd TUESDAY of the month. Every month. at 7pm. 

First event is TUESDAY March 12th. 

I do apologize if this confused anyone. Trying to build a community and we need commercial investors as well, so we definitely do not want to compete!

There is no set agenda, as it is all about networking and having a good time. You can drop-in/out as you wish.

A Little about us:

Landlords and Lager is TWO years old! We started with 12 close friends and now have 50+ people attend each month. We focus on investors, and what investors need. As such we have airbnb hosts, Wholesalers, Flippers, Buy and hold investors, Syndicators, ect all coming together to talk shop. We also have a great group of service people that attend with investor focused services. Title escrow, property management, AC companies, Inspection companies, Attorneys, ect ect... Most all of them have been vetted by my wife and I, or fellow investors. We try to keep all the "money" in house, flowing from one member to another helping each other out... The event is unstructured, Free to attend, with no (*routine) Presentations and NEVER any sales pitches. We Strive try to make as many introductions as possible throughout the evening to makes sure we can provide value. Its ALWAYS the first Thursday of the month at 7pm. We meet at the Aqui Kitchen and Bar Fort Lauderdale....
