I know I don’t need a degree to do real estate I am in the military and need to take some classes and get a degree in order to rank up just. Curious what degree could help me the most with real estate. (Business, marketing, contracting?)Etc.

Wholesaling is something I definitely want to get into being young and working full time. I’ve watched YouTube videos and read a book and just recently got another one next thing is to just do it, but don’t want to get a house under contract and have to back out on the seller because I can’t find a buyer and screw them over with me not having a big enough network in my area. Anything is helpful thanks!
