I’d be interested. I have 3 short term rentals I own and self manage in Gatlinburg. Are you looking for a cohost to list the properties and keep them filled with guests and I’m able to keep a profit of what’s left over after paying the monthly rent, like this?

What’s the best way to get started flipping in Atlanta?  I’m a newbie and only have experience with Airbnb investing. Trying to meet and network with others locally that are doing single family home flips. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Post: Jumbo loan 10% down possible?

Hello everyone. Anyone know/have a lender that will do a jumbo loan of around $1 million for an investment property with only 10% down. This would be for a cabin purchase in East Tennessee. I know most require 15-20 percent down for investment loans but I only have enough for 10% downpay. I’m closing on a another property in 3 weeks and already using my second home/vacation conventional loan for that. So this new property would need to be a jumbo investment loan. Any help would be appreciated.

@Kyle Mccaw Noted Kyle.  Thank you.  Looks like we are in the same boat.

I guess it would be nice if we could compare a 7-9 bedroom home in Champions Gate vs a 6 bedroom in Windsor Hills for a yearly gross comparison.

@John Underwood Agreed, weighing on buying now vs purchasing say next August/September.

@Brian G. Nice, yea all we can do is buy more to get our incomes up.  @Dan K. That makes complete sense and good call on STR with high appreciation. Where are your STR's in CA and TX if you don't mind me asking? I am a newbie to RE with just one STR property under my belt, a larger one that is 7 bedrooms and nets a bit over $40k yearly. The plan is to buy maybe 3-4 more with same net hopefully in the next 10 years then just manage them as my full-time job. One right now is no problem doing and keeping my full-time w-2 job but not sure at what number it will be unsustainable.

Problem is, where I bought my first STR property, appreciation like you said has gone through the roof and the market is very inflated there so I can't scoop up another property there at the moment. Looking at other markets where I could get the same net through cashflow or appreciation whatever.
