 Hey Nathan,

Thank you for your advice. What would you say makes the other 20% "successful" ? Is it work ethic, persistence, attitude, a combo of these things? I would appreciate any advice you could provide from your experience.

 Hey Ian,

Thank you for your feedback. After some more thought, I would only be willing to move to another state if said state required a year (or less) of salesperson experience to obtain the brokers license. I don't think moving from PA to Ohio to save one year is worth the time or effort. But, if I could save two years I would consider moving.

Hello Mitja!

I have a couple of questions. Are you able to charge a finders fee for the leads you provide to the random agents? Have you talked with any of the big real estate companies ( Berkshire, Remax, Coldwell, ERA, etc.) about your ability to generate great leads and the value you could provide to their companies? There may  be some smaller agencies that would be interested in buying your services as well. There is immense value in your site and your services. There are companies out there that would pay top dollar for solid leads so I would start with the nationwide companies who have offices virtually everywhere. They would probably be your best bet for monetizing your services. Hope this helped! Best of luck to you and your business!!

Hello all!

I have a simple question. Are there any states that allow you to get your brokers license with less than 2 years of salesperson experience? I am about to get my salesperson license in Maryland and the state requires a minimum of 3 years of active salesperson experience in order to get my broker's license. I live on the southern boarder of PA and my state also requires 3 years experience. I've looked into states around me and Ohio only requires 2 years of experience.

I am trying to obtain my brokers license as soon as possible. My plan is to become a broker in a state that allows me to do so the fastest, and then apply for reciprocity in the states around me. Is this possible? Or am I misguided?

Thank you for your time!

Matthew
