Post: Who's buying manufactured homes and how are you financing?

Hello investors! I've been looking into the manufactured game and would love to connect with individuals who are buying manufactured homes. Where should I look for financing if I don't have the cash for a deal? Does my opportunity for financing expand when the home is on a permanent foundation? Thanks for your time!

Hello BP people! I'm looking for advice on how to better network myself and my business. I'm looking to connect with new investors as I'm a licensed broker doing wholesale transactions all around NC.

Meetups just seem to either be people I am already connected with, week after week, or very exclusive. How do you guys find your connections?

Thanks!

I'm a broker out of Raleigh looking to connect with people doing MTR's. It's a new concept to me and I'd love to learn. I've done a flip but already looking to get into the rental game.

Hello investors! I'm looking to start my rental portfolio and have been hearing more and more about the medium term rental play, which interests me. I'm a broker out of Raleigh looking for good areas to start an MTR. I've been thinking of Fayetteville due to great percentages (cash flow) + Cape Fear Medical (travel nurses). Does anyone have experience with MTR's or even STR's in Fayetteville, and what advice would you have for a newbie like me?

Taylor said it perfectly!

Although it is often not a problem dipping your toe in a few investment properties first and then setting up your LLC (you can always quit claim deed those over to your new LLC name), you might as well get your LLC set up sooner rather than later since having an LLC at some point is inevitable for any investor looking for long term success.

Is anyone developing land around the Raleigh area? If so, what is your criteria? Minimum acreage for x amount of units? I would love to connect and learn more about what developers look at!
