Looking for a realtor for Baltimore and surrounding counties that understands the need for quick action.  We are serious investors looking for properties for rentals and for flips.  Our current realtor although great for traditional buying and selling is too slow to act for great investment finds and we are losing properties.

I am just setting out in this new adventure in earnest. I have always loved real estate in every way. So what better way to make money than with something you love already?! I have attended some seminars and read some real estate books in the not so distant past and now have structured my life to make time to pursue this interest and love.
