That's awesome Mike and congrats! The property I was looking at looks like it was purchased and is now relisted for $370k without any home improvements. I'm interested to see if this sells at this price. Seems like the no libs area is getting pretty expensive.

Do you have to use an RE agent to bid on the houses on the website?

Hi Philly BP,  

I was hoping to find a local agent who has experience working with the auction site Hubzu. I have found a property in Northern Liberties that I am interested in, but the MLS listing says it already has been settled on even though the property is still up for bid on the Hubzu site. I have read multiple threads on some of the difficulties of using the site, and would like someone with experience to give me some feedback.
