Hey Bigger Pockets... In the last podcast, Bryce Stewart mentioned that every investor should be very familiar with the real estate purchase contracts or agreements of sale for the state or states that they do business in.

I am a Realtor in NJ and Pennsylvania.  If you want to see the state contracts for either NJ or Pa, drop me a message.  I will happily send you a blank pdf for either or both.  I will also be happy to set up a time to talk through the contract (once you have read it 7 TIMES  ;-) with you, answer any questions you might have and clear up anything you are unclear on.

So... After almost 30 years in the real estate business; helping other people buy & sell house, flip houses, buy rental properties and shore houses... after helping 5 other investors build real estate portfolios in excess of $2 million... I finally decided to do for myself.  

Thanks to BIgger Pockets, Brandon Turner and David Green... I just closed on the sale of my flip in Mount laurel NJ.  After 6 months and 19 Days, even with some Covid 19 delays and a contractor fiasco, I made $21,000.
