Hey Mario, I think it's awesome that you already have a strong interest in real estate and that you are taking action on it. You have joined a great community to learn from. I recommend educating yourself by utilizing all of the free knowledge that is floating around on this site just waiting to be captured. By doing this you will be prepared when it's time to make your first deal and you will be able to be efficient, educated and capitalize. Good luck! -Matt

Hey Jerryian, I recommend starting with the book "Landlording on Autopilot" by Mike Butler. I think house Hacking and small multi families is a great way to start your journey. You really put yourself in a position of advantage if you can buy your first property young and house hack. This book will give you a solid foundation of knowledge on Land lording. It's a quick and entertaining read. Good luck and I hope you learn as much as I did from it. -Matt

Hello everyone, My name is Matt, I am 26 years old and I am a newbie investor from Haverhill, Ma. I currently own a 2 family in Haverhill and have been House Hacking for a little over a year now. I am currently looking to purchase my next property which will ideally be a three to four family house. My goal for 2017 is to go from 2 to 8 units that all positively cash flow.
