Do you have the property? Or are you looking for someone to wholesale a property to you?

I'm Starting a Contracting and Investment Flipping Business. I'm looking for some software suggestions.

Ive always done everything old school and I'm trying to set this up as organized and professionally as possible and save myself some headache.

Maybe some sort of project management software for organization? I don't know if these are over kill...

Thanks for the feedback. I guess what I'm asking is if I decide to go through stepping stones, should I make individual businesses, such as different websites. Or put everything under (Blank) developments and one website. I just think if I advertise everything as one business at first it may be overwhelming. Example: I decide to start with wholesaling for 6 months, but plan on adding a Construction Business at the end of that timeframe, do I make seperate websites and marketing or just market everything and one business from the start?

I’m in the process of starting a wholesaling, fix & flip and contracting/development business. My end goal is to have a full scale development business within 2 to 3 years I’m starting off with Wholesaling to familiarize myself with the real estate market and build capital. Once I have several wholesale deals under my belt; I plan on moving into fix and flip. At the same time I want to run a construction business. I have a excellent construction background. 

Do you guys think I should start at the end and just launch the business full scale or start the way I described? If so then should I make separate businesses along the way? Example wholesaling and flipping business only? Let the construction business evolve and then transition into the development process after a while? Organization is going to be key.

I’m also trying to build a portfolio of investors for wholesaling and fix and flips. I’d like to secure my investors and buyers BEFORE wholesaling and fix and flip.

Looking for investors to network with for my new, soon to be LLC. Need buyers, lenders. Starting a development business. Wholesale, fix and flip. & single and multi family developments.

Creating a buyer and sellers list. Finger Lake Region is profitable. New to Buffalo.

Asking investors what they want first. Construction background. Good at evaluating deals. Building capital wholesaling. Creating a buyer and sellers list.

How did you finance this deal?

Looking for investors to link with before wholesaling and buying fix and flip properties. Contractor transitioning into investment and developments.
