Hey Guys! quick questions for my locals here in San Antonio. Exploring my options on FHA & conventional loans for my first home purchase (preferably a duplex , one that might or might not need rehab to qualify). Any local or community banks anyone would recommend?

Hello Investors, I would like to ask if there are any local or community banks in the San Antonio or (Texas) area that you'll have found success with as a active local investor? Mainly for loans on buy and holds and so on. Thanks for the response ahead of time & I look forward in networking with someone of you. Have been pretty active as of late.

Hows it going guys..

As a Real estate investor I'm curious to know what different programs and softwares have been found most useful for wholesalers and house flippers per se? For ex. I was looking into softwares such a Flipster? by Jerry Norton. Any other recommendations?

Thanks ahead.
