No problem man. If you need a realtor or any additional help - just reach out. I'm ALWAYS looking and try to buy ever 6 weeks. I bit top heavy right now but I should have them rented this October, then I'll buy more again.

Hey Alex, I an a realtor and cash buyer as an investor. Generally 11-13% is great for ROI. Cash on cash is usually 15-18%. It all depends on what YOU want and reasonable expect for your market.

Thank you Ujwal! I am all ears for input, and potential deals. How has the inner city treated you? I've had friends with horrible stories. I like to buy just outside of the city.

I'm putting my request out into the universe for help getting my first small apartment building. Anyone that can help me is greatly appreciated! I have 4 SFH's, but I want to start the MFH investor route. I have 2 I intend to see soon, but I don't want to make a less experienced call on this if I may be able to find some mentorship in this. I am a cash buyer.

I'm a fellow RO resident too - Main and 13. I am also a realtor/investor with 4 rentals. once you change the property to a non-homestead, you will see a hike in tax rate if you haven't already. Let me know if you have any questions or need help with more things in the future.

Hello BiggerPockets community! I started listening to these podcasts about 16 months ago. Read the book and decided to get started. Established a partnership and we are closing on our 4th property, cash deal next week. We are looking to get into small apartment buildings next and of course are always looking to buy more SFMs. If you have anything for sale and want cash deals, please reach out! Also looking for some mentorship in MFHs before we take the full dive. We primarily buy near Royal Oak, Madison Heights, Hazel Park, Ferndale and Redford.
