Hello I'm new to the whole thing. Over the past 5 years I have purchesed three houses. All making great income.  I'm ready and have saved up enough for a down payment for another  but the banks will not give me any more money due to the mortgages I curntley hold. I don't claim any of the rental income on my taxes and the banks are just looking at my full time income. I would love to hear some sugestions on how I should continue and grow, and the steps I should pursue.
