@Melissa Nash I have a couple properties in Texas and Arizona but did things the hard way. I’m willing to pay a bit more for the property’s in order to skip all the headaches. I would love to invest in other different states ; none in particular but if you would message me you’re TK and PM information so that I can see what’s out there. @Stephen Benson i have decided to work with Summers Real Estate group. So far so good. How do you like Reliable so far? What did you end up paying fee wise?

I am looking for a sample templets possibly used in partnerships for any real estate transactions such as fix and flips and buy and holds. im looking for examples in each partners responsibilities. Basically im looking for contracts you may have used in partnerships.
