Thanks for the reply, Jay. Okay, that's about what I figured, it will be a bit of a juggling act. I didn't think of the appraiser...I'll look into that a bit. The reason I was thinking of Home Inspection is that I've been around my father's construction company my whole life and it's straightforward and will supplement my income while I get started with Real Estate Sales. Thanks for the congrats and the reply! Just trying to build up some sort of security in case all fails.

I just got my Real Estate License and now I'm going to get my Home Inspection License. Can anyone tell me what to expect Salary Wise if I do both Real Estate Sales and Home Inspections ?? I do know that this can be looked as a conflict of interest and need to be careful not to inspect the same home I'm going to be selling. Just trying to figure out what kind of income I should expect performing both?
