Quote from @Mathew Rebera:

Hey Matt, I work on a team with top 5, 100 agents in WNY who also own 20-40 properties each. They own construction companies in addition to insurance partnerships. Great guys to understand the full spectrum of real estate from buying, selling, investing, holding, brrr, ect. We are out of Buffalo/Rochester area and understand the inner workings of upstate markets.

I am a beginner agent and starting on the same journey. Happy to connect you guys together.

Best of luck,

Matt

Hi Matt I would love to connect and learn more about this thank you!

Quote from @Jonathan Greene:

Anyone who accepts a hey, let's get coffee post is going to pitch you something. Find those people you are looking for (other house hackers) at local meetups like @Wale Lawal said above. There are definitely a lot of them in your area.

Don't push collaboration too early, greedy hands will come for you. Push relationship-building and learning and make sure that your current house hack is getting fine-tuned all the time. You want to keep your maintenance low by doing all repairs as early as possible.

Thank you for the great advice I really appreciate it!

Looking to connect with an experienced real estate investor! I currently have a 2 unit house in the village of East Syracuse that I currently house hack.  I'm passionate about learning the ropes and would love to meet up to discuss strategies, share insights, and possibly collaborate on future projects. If you have a wealth of experience and are open to mentoring or networking, please get in touch. Let's grab a coffee and chat!
