Hey Matt, I work on a team with top 5, 100 agents in WNY who also own 20-40 properties each. They own construction companies in addition to insurance partnerships. Great guys to understand the full spectrum of real estate from buying, selling, investing, holding, brrr, ect. We are out of Buffalo/Rochester area and understand the inner workings of upstate markets.

Don't push collaboration too early, greedy hands will come for you. Push relationship-building and learning and make sure that your current house hack is getting fine-tuned all the time. You want to keep your maintenance low by doing all repairs as early as possible.
