Im a Newbie, Ive just recently gained interest a few months ago and have been doing research. Im from Canada and im guessing most of your guys are in the US. but when I do the math I can seem to have the rent cover the mortgage plus other expences. Do you guys make a multi units, or am I just looking in the wrong spots?
