Yeah I'm pretty excited for it. I haven't really gotten too involved until now since I thought you needed tens of thousands of dollars to even get remotely started in real estate investing. Granted, you do need money but you don't need to buy a 200k house with 20% down. I only recently learned about the BRRRR method and realized I could actually do it! so I'm pretty stoked to learn more and grow in the community. Lots and lots more to learn.
