I saw that and I plan on attending, see you there. @Ryan Buckmaster

Thank you @Ryan Buckmaster and @Christopher Janney I really appreciate the input. I will check both of those out.

Thanks again!

Hi John,

Thank you for the response. I am in the Redondo Beach area, not too far from Gardena. Do you have an idea of when you will do the Gardena meet up (if you decide to move forward on it)? Also, what part of the SFV do you meet?

Thanks,

Matt

Hello,

I am looking to make some connections to real-estate investors in the South Bay. Can anyone point me in the right direction for meet ups in the area?

Thanks!

Thank you @Serge S. I really appreciate the insight. I saw that 30 unit on Whiskey Row, that is in a prime location. I am new to these investment strategies, so your input is helpful.

@Wes Blackwell Thank you for the input. From what I have researched, Prescott and Prescott Valley are growing pretty quickly. They are supposed to be converting the Prescott Airport into a regional Airport with regular daily flights. Plus Embry-Riddle is not just a flight school anymore so it seems like that area is only going to continue to grow. It peaked my interest, but I am not apposed to purchasing in PHX.

You make good points and I appreciate the insight.

Hi All,

I am looking for my next investment (currently have a single family home in Phoenix that I rent) and my target is a multi-family unit. I have researched the rental market in Prescott/Prescott Valley and appreciate any insight about investing in that area.

Thank you @John Warren and @Jaysen Medhurst, you both have been very helpful.

Hello, I am sure there are a lot of "I am new here" posts. But I am new to the site so I thought this would be a good place to start.

I currently rent a single family home in PHX, AZ. However, I am looking to investing into a mutli-family unit this year. I am looking in the Prescott/Prescott Valley, AZ area.

I have a few questions if someone would be so kind to answer, please see below. Any insight is much appreciated.

  • Does anyone have insight on the rental market in these areas? I have done my own research but curious about what others think.
  • What is the best way to check rental history?
  • Any other pointers on things to consider during this process would be very helpful.
