Anyone know if there is a credit union (ideally) that will work with me on getting a HELOC on 2 of my rentals in Kansas and Indiana? Looking to expand my portfolio and would like to utilize the equity without going through a refi process. Thanks in advance!

@Account Closed I am a fan of running notes through a company, I had been doing 2nd liens through PPR Note Co. until they stopped selling single notes, as I am not yet an accredited investor. Can you elaborate on the car note investing you've done? Are you still in this space? What company do you use? Do they also sell the car notes?

Thanks!

I have purchased a few notes through PPRNOTECO.COM all of which are second mortgages, I am wondering if there are any tax writes offs with this type of investment?

Thanks!

I have just acquired my first note via pprnoteco.com and was wondering if I should set up an LLC? Are their safe guards with this strategy as well as tax write offs? Or does owning it as an individual not make a difference ?

Thanks

I am ready to invest in performing notes, and I know PPR Note offers a warranty on theirs however they have a limited number of notes available at a given time. Is there any other reliable source to purchase a note with some kind of warranty? Thanks.

I am looking to get started into rentals, as I look for deals, it appears as though roofstock.com offers several. I am curious if anyone has found success and/or failure when using this service. If so, please expound on your experience. Thank you!
