Thank for reaching out, @Caleb Bryant. I spend a lot of time in Huntsville since I work up here. I'm new to REI and very new to wholesaling. Still going for that first deal. I've been doing alot of homework lately. I'd love to sit down and get a beer or coffee some time when you're available and talk shop.

 Huntsville is a great spot. I actually work in Huntsville on the base. That said I live in Birmingham and spend most of my time there so I think that is the best place to get started, but I would like to invest in some Huntsville Real Estate at some point. What part of Huntsville would you recommend if were to look there in the near future.

Trying to analyze a deal on a four-plex.  The Total Gross Monthly Rent box:  Do I put whatever the estimated mortgage payment is that I found on Zillow?  Or do I put what I think each unit will rent for?

Thanks for responding. I am brand new to the business, so I do not have my own LLC or anything. I want to get into the business and I know where I want to be in 1, 3, and 5 years. Like everyone else here I have the dream of being financially free, providing the best life for my family and being prepared for retirement, but I also have the dream of giving face lifts to not so nice neighborhoods thus providing people with homes they can be proud of. As far as specific services that I provide for my "customers", employees and owners, I don't really know how to put that in to word using lingo that's attractive to people in the industry. I just know I want to buy, flip, sell and rent houses.
