Good afternoon,

This is my first real post on this forum, so I apologize if this is not the place to post. I was interested in finding out if there was a need for a service in which I can perform a variety of tasks. I b

1.) Obtaining a release (inactive) or payoff (active) of a lien item. Everything from municipal liens to deeds of trust.

2.) Drafting instruments for the client to execute, sending HOA Estoppel Letters, etc.

3.) Reviewing title for acquisition and disposition teams with regards to vesting and legal description verifications.

4.) Reviewing parcel surveys for easements & other additions.

5.) General title issue curative services.

I was interested in seeing if there was a need for these kind of services, for a competitive price. I know there are companies like Payoff Assist, a website called Property Debt Research and others, but I was curious to get some feedback from the Biggerpockets community.

Thanks!

Sincerely,
Matt
