We are a few steps in. We got a per approval  and been talking with a agent that has show us a few home. The hard part is keeping it in the price range in mind for what we can afford and what is a good deal. It would be easy if we did a single. But my wife does not want to do a live and flip.

@Chris k.

Is there a form page for are area ?

My name is Matt and my wife name is Jenn.  We are new to this area due to a promotion at work.  We are orginally from Dubois, PA area.

We are looking to get into buy and hold properties with some flips in the Kingston area, up to Moosic, PA.

We are looking to become FI, so we can do more mission work.  We are first time home buyers, we are either looking to do a 203K loan on a single family or a multi family homes to start our investments.  Our long term plan is to have 20-30 homes in the next 10 years.  We are looking into mixing in the low income housing as part of an outreach program in Wilkes Barre area.

We are hoping of get some flip's involve to help pay off the low income properties.  Being new to the area we are currently lacking on contacts in real estate.   We are hoping for good contacts or partners in this area to help us on this path. I am working 60 to 90 hr weeks so Jenn will be doing most of are networking face to face and the form post.

I am looking for book recommendation to help someone with little / no experience.  I just picked up and currently reading "How to Invest in Real Estate".
