Hey biggerpockets community. So I'm a first time buyer looking to househack a multi home on long Island. Given the explosion in demand on the long island housing market. Would you suggest waiting until things cool down? Or perhaps look into a rehab deal. What steps would you advise in a hot housing market if your looking to househack the multi home? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
